We hand-select the flowers used in every bouquet and arrangement. For delivery orders, we prepare your flowers fresh shortly before your chosen delivery window.
Will my bouquet match the flowers shown online?
We aim to provide the flowers shown in the design you order. Substitutions are very rare. If a replacement is necessary, we contact you to confirm the changes.
Can I order a custom bouquet?
Yes. Visit us to choose your flowers and colours in person, or contact us by phone or email and share an inspiration photo. There is no minimum purchase for a custom bouquet; pricing is based on the stems selected. For the best value, consider one of our existing bouquet designs.
Can a custom bouquet be delivered the same day?
Yes, when the flowers you want are in stock and a delivery window is available. Complex designs may require additional preparation time. If your flowers are not in stock or need to be specially ordered, contact us to arrange availability and timing before ordering.
Can I add a handwritten greeting card?
Yes. Each product offers an optional greeting card for an additional $2 CAD. Our team will handwrite your message. Please keep it to 25 words or fewer.
