At Bella Rosa MTL, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within **24 hours of delivery or pickup** to initiate the refund or return process. 10% cancellation fee will apply for any refunds or cancelled orders. Â
**Important Notes:**
- **Custom orders are final and non-refundable.** Once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Dates cannot be changed** after the order has been confirmed. Please ensure your selected date is accurate at the time of booking.
**Changing Your Order**
- If your order **has not yet been prepared**, we will gladly accommodate changes, subject to product availability. Please note that the total cost of your order may change depending on the modifications requested.
- If your order is **in the process of being prepared** and has been customized to your preferences, it cannot be changed or canceled, as it cannot be resold.
- If your order **has been prepared but not yet out for delivery**, we can reschedule the delivery time or location, provided the new date is available and the location is within our delivery zone.
**Cancellations**
- If your order **has already been shipped or is en route for delivery**, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
